The food was very good:The home baked bread is really good and it goes well with kashkobademjoon; although, the kashkobademjoon was a bit on the bland side. I thought it needed more good quality kashk.The tahdig was a bit too hard. The waiter warned me about it and told me that it didn't come out good, but I wanted to try it. He was right! It was VERY hard, but after a few minutes, he brought us another batch that was excellent. We had it with gheymeh. The gheymeh doesn't come meatless. I had forgotten to tell the waiter that my daughter was vegetarian, so he brought some vegetarian bademjoon, which was totally unexpected, since the bademjoon does not even come with tahdig! Kudos to the wait...
PLEASE NOTE ... According to the manager on the premise this restaurant DOES NOT WORK WITH OPEN TABLE.... they do not accept reservations unless they you call it in.. The manager was very nice and made a tale for us for people. I guess we were lucky the restaurant had enough space available to put the tables together and they were not so busy.After the headache of not having a reservation and having them prepare a table for us, the food was good and service was excellent
Well customer service, you can find fresh bread where they bake there which they serve it with the meal that was my daughter favorite. They offer Tea after your meal which is optional . I’m not fan of chicken but i try the chicken kabab and it was so yummy the koobideh and barg kabbab was good not perfect but good i expected more juicy and was a little bit dry for me and my company.
My family goes to Sholeh every Saturday for lunch and it has become a tradition I look forward to more than anything. Hector and Amir truly make us feel like we’re royalty whenever we eat there. The food is delicious, the service is unmatched, and we always have leftovers to enjoy for days. Couldn’t say enough about this place!!!

I thought Flame Persian Cuisine was just terrific. I couldn't stop eating the flatbread that they make right there in the corner of the dining room. This place is a lovely gem of a restaurant. Food and service were excellent
Great service, food and reasonable prices. The hot bread it serves baked in its own traditional bread oven in the situated within the sitting area. Absolutely delicious!

We went for lunch at just past noon on a Sunday and it was empty. The food was good and so was the service
The food was mediocre at best. There are many other Persian restaurants in the area that are much better
