I visited on a very busy night, and the restaurant was packed, resulting in a short wait, even with a reservation. Flamingo Grill has the feel of a chain restaurant, though it's certainly a step up from typical places like Outback. However, they still use cardboard menus and paper napkins. The prices for the food reflect this. There’s a lot of deep-fried options on the menu, and while the crab cake was decent, it seemed either deep-fried or broiled to the point of being overcooked, with too much filler. The food was delicious and the service was excellent!! And beyond that, the staff was very accommodating. We had my 90 year old father-in-law who is in a wheelchair and to get to the table they had for us, we had to negotiate 3 steps, which we were not prepared to do. The staff stepped up and carried him up the steps and were right there to carry him down when when we were ready to leave! We were very appreciative of the warmth they showed us. This is one of the best restaurants in the area!
I attended a birthday party for a neighbor at this restaurant, and I must say, the food, atmosphere, and service were exceptional. A special thanks to manager Mike Abel for the fantastic arrangements for our group of 20. I also want to thank Vanessa, our server, for her extensive knowledge of the menu and her impressive presentation. Additionally, her unwavering attention to our party made a big difference. I highly recommend the Flamingo Grille!
We visit Myrtle Beach all the time and we always try different restaurants. I would definitely recommend this one!!! The host and our waiter both were super friendly. I loved the vibe and atmosphere. Our waiter recommended our entrees since it was our first time and let’s just say the food did not disappoint, the salmon was AMAZING!! Perfect for date night loved it and we will be returning!

Such a vibe! Our server/bartender was so knowledgeable about the menu and the specials....come to find out he has worked there for over 20 years?! Espresso martini was delicious and the seafood sampler had me wanting to order another one!
Our first meal in Myrtle and we choose correctly. Nice vibe, good service, amaizing food. Could see that is a very tradicional restaurant in the city where people go and dont wanna leave because of the atmosfere.
The food was great and the service was fabulous. Would certainly go here again if in the area.
