this place has an salad on the menu, the other ~40 items are all tartes flambée. and they can try a lot of them if they offer them on their all you can eat. so this works: they sign a few friends, agree on a tart, share the tart from the same plate and order the next, either immediately or if they are ready. they can not stay on the plate for as long as 1/4 of a tart. the great part: even if their companions are all all modes as long as they can agree on the vegan cream as basic (and why not they, it is really not much different than the milk version), the personal will be happy to be a section of the tart free from animal products. half of the tarte arrabiata (bacon, tomaten, olive, chili,...
