You all need to give this guy a chance! Rain, sleet, or snow, Flava Chef is out there serving delicious food right in front of East Orange station. I was walking home and decided to give it a try. I started with the beef patties, and after one bite, I immediately went back for another. The crust was flaky and buttery, and the meat was perfectly seasoned—definitely 100% homemade patties! A few days later, I returned and ordered the oxtail with rice and peas, along with a slice of carrot cake. It was hearty, perfectly seasoned, and well-balanced—not oily like some oxtails can be. Thank you, Flava Chef, for making such great food!
