We visited for a lunch buffet on Sunday, which was advertised at $8.95 per person on the menu for weekends. However, we were disappointed to find that the selection of food was quite limited, which we could somewhat understand given the price point. When we received the bill, we were charged $12.95 per person instead of the advertised price. When we inquired about this, the staff did not provide us with an explanation. Overall, we felt that the buffet was overpriced given the limited food options. It would have been better if they had added more variety to justify the higher price. We went for a lunch buffet on Sunday. On Menu they had advertised as $8.95/person on weekends. For food itself, they did not have many verities for buffet which was somewhat understandable in the price range. As we got check, we were charged $12.95/person instead of what was advertised in the menu. When asked for reason, they did not seem to even bother for any explanation. The buffet was a total ripoff for that price range for very less food options. I wish they had tried to at least increase few varieties for a substantial hike in price. There are many other competitors in same area charging much less amount for buffet with more food options with better taste.
First time I ordered a few weeks ago they waited 15 minutes and then called me to tell me they had nothing available from what I ordered. So I canceled my order with uber and uber still charged me 10 dollars. Today my hubby tried to order through another app. This time I told him put pick up and we will pay at the restaurant. This time we went at the time we were given to pick up the food... AND THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED!!! Closed on a tuesday at 8pm?? The worst experience ever!! Bye Flavor of India! I wouldnt recommend them to anyone !!
Last Night we ordered some food. At last we asked any veg menu . The man who received the call told us that he does not know the menu .Actually we came from Maryland in New york for visiting Niagara Falls and being an Asian we have an immense desire to have an Indian Food. Again we ordered the food and we asked the total price and he told us that he couldn’t tell us the total price and he caught up the phone .I have never seen such type of bad customer service in my life.The way he talked to me and his behavior is so rude. Last night, we ordered some food and inquired about their vegetarian options. The person who answered the phone said he wasn't familiar with the menu. We had traveled from Maryland to New York to visit Niagara Falls, and as Asians, we have a strong craving for Indian food. After placing our order, we asked for the total price, but he couldn't provide that information and abruptly hung up. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. His tone was rude, and his behavior was completely unprofessional.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was subpar and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. I encountered racist remarks from both the owner and the staff, which made me feel demeaned. It was truly not a pleasant visit. It seems they hold extreme right-wing views. I won't be returning, and I encourage anyone seeking a respectful and inclusive dining experience to consider a different South Asian restaurant.
Bad food. Bad ambiance. The owner and staff were racist towards me and were saying demeaning things. I did not have a good experience at all. They are hardline right wingers. Never coming back and recommend anyone who wants an egalitarian equal place without any discrimination to try another Indian south Asian food restaurant.
The food was absolutely terrible—a huge disappointment! This is not the authentic Flavor of India. The new owners should replace the pictures with ones that accurately represent the low quality of the food. They even tried to substitute chicken shish kebab with ginger chicken. Book a table now
