I ordered two ham and cheese croissants this morning and specifically asked for the cheese to be melted. Both the server and the person preparing the order confirmed this, but the croissants were served with cold ham and unmelted cheese. Many customers stop by before work and don’t have time to check their food before leaving, yet there seems to be little care in the service.
