That was the worst experience I ever had in the Nebelo de chao. My family from town loves to eat here when they're out of town. We eat here about 5 times a year and eat either at Atlanta or Dunwoody. That was the worst service and the experience we've ever had. We had a 1:00 reservation for a group of 5, we arrived at 12:45 and were asked to sit in the waiting area at the bar. We sat at 12:55, but had to wait for more than 10 minutes until a server was available, the man who went to the table tried to make conversations, but it was an unpleasant more than 10 minutes for everyone while waiting on our server. Extremely disappointed!! While we usually have a nice time, this time was far from nice. The service was not up to par. Don’t know if they were just off but from this experience we won’t be back for a while
They overbooked the reservations. We had a 9:15 reservation and wasn’t seated until 9:45. They also cleared our table when went to the buffet. Not well organized.
Waited over an hour after our reservations and was not set. Asked how long we had to wait and they couldn't answer us. Instead of waiting for who knows how long.

Our Quinton server was the best. He was pleasant and personal. His interaction with everyone on the table, including the baby, made us feel like we belong.
It was rhe first time i had been in years or so. Just not bad, not good. Service average, salad bar average, meat was better than average. I won’t go back
Always top quality service and food. Can be romantic, for groups, and is also family friendly. Worth every penny
