Our table was overlooked, and we received our drinks only after we had started eating. The potatoes were served lukewarm, which was disappointing. Additionally, it was quite uncomfortable to have people waiting for a table standing nearby while we ate. They really need to improve their waiting area, as it's not ideal for guests to have to navigate through crowds just to get to their table while others are dining. Overall, the experience would benefit from more consideration for diners' space and comfort.
Dined in for Bar Fogo tonight, and Alex the bartender provided an exceptional Mango Habanero mocktail, and accommodated to my request of the wagyu ancho. The Bar Fogo experience was wonderful, definitely returning again soon. This was my first visit, and I didn't realize it was an upscale all-you-can-eat buffet. While there was a good variety of meats available, I found them to be lacking in flavor. I don't think I'm in the right demographic for this restaurant. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 3.

This restaurant has become our family's go-to spot for special occasions. The service is top-notch, and the meat is always fresh and flavorful. Nasco, the restaurant manager, is incredibly welcoming and always ensures we have a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this place!
