Management -well specifically the female bar manager that made it her business to tell me she has been a ?worker? for 9 years at this place, needs a lot of training on customer service. More specifically maybe she needs a therapist to help her learn to deal with her own disappointments in life that are manifested via her nasty attitude. In customer service, you should always look for solutions not for the business to take a lost but to ensure that a facilitation of a win -win approach occurs for the customer as well as the business. I’ve visited this restaurant occasionally, and I've generally enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. However, during my most recent visit, my friends and I had a very unpleasant experience due to the behavior of one of the staff members. It's truly disappointing because we usually love coming here.

The wings...oh my gosh...I always order wings when I deliver to this place, and they have never disappointed me. The staff is really friendly and always ensures that everyone is well taken care of.

We tried this place for the first time tonight. Ordered a few different things for pick up. Descriptions are with the pics. We will definitely order again so we can try other items!

I went on a Friday night pretty lively nice band that has a request list. Fyi if you get the cheese fries you get more if they are not the beer battered ones. Daytona wings nice
