Ordered food through their app. When it was an hour past delivery time rang to see if food was on its way. Was told that there was no sign of our order but yet we had email to say that order had been accepted and payment had been successful. re ordered over phone it still took over an hour to come. Was told we would get a refund but a week later still waiting because the manager is never in Whilst food was just about OK, though actually not as good as we have had before, would never risk using them again, and would not recommend
I ordered desserts an hour ago and I am still waiting for them to arrive. I called the restaurant and they explained that they had just seen the ticket. I only wanted some cake.
