Very bad customer service receptionist was rude had to ring to ask where food was,then was told another 20 minutes which made it nearly 2 hours,please use another Chinese as food was terrible,please stay away from fortune house!!!!!!worst Chinese in chelmsford.
Best chinese I have ever had the food was all spot on!!! Was so happy friendly staff and amazing food make sure you order from here you will not be disappointed thankyou
Curry sauce was bland. Hardly any flavour to it. Chicken chow mien lacked chicken. Few skinny strips of chicken. Not cheap either. I won’t revisit.
Food is always very nice and tasty very polite people never had any problems
