I called at 8 PM on Wednesday to place my order, and they told me it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. At 9 PM, I called to check in, and the staff member told me to be patient, which felt a bit rude, but I didn't mind too much. By 9:30, I tried calling again, but it just kept ringing with no answer. Since it wasn't too far away, I decided to drive there, only to find that they were closed. They took my money, and I never received my order. According to their website, they were supposed to be open until 10 PM.
For the record this place has the absolute BEST soup on the Island, the Roast Pork Egg Noodle soup is so spectacular. I've raved about it to all my friends and sent people from towns away to dine here. They're tremendously friendly, the order has never been wrong it's never been cold it's never been anything other than prompt and delicious. Only small complaint is that sometimes it takes a while to get through on the phone cause they're so popular, and the space to park and pick it up is limited.
I working Around this area and step by to orders lunch for I and my guys, First thing the food are so expensive and the second one the food was horrible!!! shrimp are in bad condition was smell bad, the chicken look red in the meat and the wins are really bad!! we bring back the food to the person in charged but she was nasty, and keep the money and doest solve nothing never buy from this place again!!
I specifically asked for duck sauce and even requested extra when I placed my order. When I picked up my meal, the receipt confirmed my request, but when I got home, there wasn't a single packet of duck sauce included. There was no compensation offered, and I’ve decided not to return. I had a feeling my order would be messed up, and the customer service was disappointing. Overall, I'm very frustrated.

It?s my favorite Chinese spot in West Islip! The General Tso?s chicken is amazing, but I have had a few very bad meals during the lunchtime special hours. It does seem like they intentionally give less good meat during the cheaper times. Still, it?s a good place and I usually stop in whenever I?m back in this town.
Food is good but they recently changed their steamed dumplings appetizer to a different type if dumpling. Not as good as it used to be but everything else is good. Just like everywhere else, sometimes the General Tso's chicken is a bit overcooked and dry. Overall it's my local go-to. Recently closed on Tuesdays.
New Years Eve, Today, order 530 at 730 nothing. called to inquire a very immature person was indifferent, snarky and told me sorry it was never put in. and that was that. Uncbelievable callousness. Perhaps the owners deserve better or perhaps they dont. I will never order again and happy to talk about it.
The fried dumplings were fantastic! However, the General Tso's chicken was quite disappointing. As you can see in the photo, it barely had any sauce at all. It just tasted like plain fried chicken.

Google is telling me that this restaurant is open until 10 PM. Get there around 9:30 and they are closed. They really need to update their system if they want to get business.
Best Chinese food around in my opinion. The steamed pork dumplings are so yummy. Plus they have chicken nuggets and fries for my picky eater of a husband ha.
