having left Ariège for a long time that I had not eaten at Sham’s, and I must say that I have difficulty understanding the very bad opinions!!! The restaurant is always as good, pizzas have not lost in quality: the dough is good and thick, cooking with wood fire feels in taste and foods are of quality! at Sham’s you will eat a real pizza, not a sole of shoes like in too many pizzerias!
Une fois de plus , sans surprise , son poisson au feu de bois accompagné de ses légumes , excellent . Ma compagne s'est également régalée avec un gratin d'aubergines délicieux . Et toujours cette sympathie de Saïd ainsi que son personnel . Je recommande vivement , franchissez la porte et régalez vous .
