Let me start off by saying that I think it's fantastic that a wholefood cafe has opened up in Springwood. The coffee is awesome and they have a great selection of teas, smoothies and amazing acai bowls as well. The breakfast menu is really great with vegan and paleo options. I was however, a little disappointed with the lunch menu and the small portion sizes. I think there needs to be a wider selection of salads...salads that contain a lot of leafty greens, veges and protein whether it be chicken, falafels, legumes etc. I honestly don't think people would even mind having to pay a little extra to choose their protein of choice. Disappointing. I heard that another cafe had opened up in the area that had lots of Gluten free and dairy free food. Since my husband is lactose intolerant it is great to try somewhere like this because he usually has more choices. I'm a bit late on my review as we visited about four weeks ago. Well. I ordered avocado toast and a half strength latte. The coffee was fine, mild in flavor, nothing special. The avocado toast was what annoyed me. They burnt the toast and put the avocado over the top so I didn't know it was burnt until I began eating. This just shows a lack of high standards. We enjoyed dinner here tonight. First dinner service and it was awesome. We were a large table of 12 and the kitchen and staff handled it all perfectly. We sampled the tapas menu. The chicken wings were so good we went back for seconds even though we had had enough. The nachos and burgers were spot on and everybody left full and satisfied without the hip pocket hurting. Something for everyone as even the little ones enjoyed the food and relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely go again.
Shout out to Adele from Frankee Co. Every time I have come to the cafe she has given the BEST customer service! She is the reason I keep coming back, along with the AMAZING coffee food of course! I have not been disappointed so far, and have loved my dining experience here every time I’ve come. Plus there are so many options for people with dietary requirements like me. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

I only got to eat at this lovely restaurant once when it was open in the evenings and it was fabulous food and very friendly service. My only complaint is that it is no longer open at night and I am not the type of person that could eat a large lunch. Please re open for night service even if it just Fridays and Saturdays.
Came for breakfast. Coffee was divine, I wished I'd ordered a mug. The service was a bit last a dazy. Lots of gluten free and vegan offerings if your that way inclined.
I had a bacon and egg bagel hold the egg, sorry guys but me and egg don't get on. Bacon was delicious, had a tasty relish and spinach just yum!!!!!!

Frankee is my local brunch spot - and it's just recently added a new dinner menu with late hours. Super nutritious and delicious menu, they are always updating it and keeping it fresh!

Lovely wholesome food, juices, smoothies & coffees. We need more of these cafes around. Lots of seating available with a rustic interior. Will visit again definately.
