Absolute garbage!! Trying to be as articulate as possible and finding it difficult to find a more appropriate word than 'garbage '. The prices are ridiculously high, the food tastes cheap. You 're getting it so very very wrong now and customers won 't put up with spending their hard earned money to be served high school canteen at best! 'micro measured ' food I was informed by staff when charging premium prices. How come Toni Macaroni can do it 100 times better for so much less ?? So disappointed and understand why we were the only family inside at tea time on a Thursday evening when the retail park was busy. Best avoided!!!
I want to give a big shout out to JP for his exceptional customer service at this restaurant. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our group. We were celebrating a family birthday, including two young children, one of whom is in a wheelchair and has special needs. JP went above and beyond to accommodate us, even adjusting the furniture and considering the music volume for any sensory issues. The food was delicious, with a variety of options on the American style menu at reasonable prices.
We had a great time at Frankie & Benny's in Falkirk for the second time. The menu offers a variety of options and the food was delicious. However, the best part about this restaurant is the staff - they are friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with menu suggestions and discounts. Our server, Vicky, was outstanding and made our experience even better. We will definitely be returning again. The music selection was also excellent.

Unbelievable service from JohnPaul today. Genuinely hate eating out due to a gluten intolerance and the menu catered perfectly without singling me out like other restaurants. JP was so friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. F&B is someone I've never particularly frequented but due to the exceptional service and great menu choices I will definitely be back.
Went here for a kids birthday with friends and family, food was great, but our waiter John Paul was the best thing about our evening. He was absolutely amazing with the kids and was going out his way to help us. He definitely made our night, never met such a nice person who was more than happy to help, will definitely be back.
Lovely young server but when she asked if we enjoyed our meal I had to be honest. NO, I didn't. This is an overpriced Wetherspoons that thinks its better than it is. Not a working kitchen so it's obviously shipped in and heated up. Food was bland and didn't even make an attempt to look appetising . Won't be back EVER !
