Thanks so much for a lovely meal, we visited today for my partners birthday, we was served by Emily. She was very pleasant always on hand when we needed to order something else. The food was amazing! And the atmosphere was great. There are a great team of staff who seem very happy to work there as they were all very bubbly and friendly even though the restaurant was very busy. They didn’t seem to be under any pressure. There was also another member of staff who was making a fuss of young children which I thought was very nice to see. Overall very nice F B. Really good service, they checked who had the dietary requirement and I mentioned that I am coeliac and they said that that's all good but I won't be able to have the fries as there is cross contamination in the oil. I loved that they were well informed and knew how important cross contamination is. They double checked to see if there were any other allergies or intolerances. They had a dedicated gf menu with lots of options, starter, sides, desserts etc. Really friendly and accommodating
my wife and I visited cardiff yesterday 2/4/2022 for a very relaxed weekend due to the two working in nhs. we decided to eat with frankie and bennys. at the arrival we were greeted and said that it would wait a 20 minute, which was good. after 15 minutes we sat and then welcomed by a very well presented and beautiful young man named connor who took our command. eating was fantastic as usual and we were not disappointed. this is a place where we return and also leave friends and family.
Our server was excellent and she made us feel really comfortable. It was a bit of a wait for food but for it being half term I can completely understand that it was busy. The rest of my party enjoyed their food, however some of the items could be improved upon. The brisket burger is no different than a regular beef burger from burger king, and the onion rings were completely raw and had no colour to them. Despite this, I still enjoyed my time here and would think about coming back.

I just wanted to say what a fabulous service we had from their youngs this morning. we were the group of 10 ladies that allowed them to breakfast in a little early (9.45 o'clock). nothing was too much annoyed and it was appreciated by all of us. impressive breakfast menu and unlimited tea/coffee was very welcome.
Went for a date night here and it was a really nice experience. Was a Sunday so very quiet but staff were super helpful, drinks were yum and the food was really fast to the table and tasted amazing.

Never had any issues here despite being coeliac. They have a separate GF menu. So far waiters have been always on top of allergy information.
omg the food was amazing. the personal was amazing and the cocktails were divine. we had breakfast there and went back to lunch.
