We absolutely loved our experience here! This was our first visit to a Frankie and Benny’s, and it definitely won't be our last. The service was excellent and incredibly fast—there was no waiting around or having to check on our orders. The food was simply amazing! My partner is quite picky about what he eats, but he had nothing but good things to say about it. I even managed to take a few photos of our meals (some partially eaten, haha). We used a Groupon voucher, which made for a smooth transaction—it didn’t disrupt our experience at all. It was worth every penny! Just a note, drinks were a bit pricey, but on the bright side, kids eat free, and my daughters loved that!
We recently dined at a restaurant located in the Capitol Center in Preston, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We brought our 3-year-old with us, who can be quite a handful, but the staff was very understanding and accommodating. I spoke with the manager, who was incredibly kind. To my surprise, she later sent a letter to my workplace along with a voucher and a thoughtful note about my son. We will definitely be returning! This was not our first visit to this restaurant, and it certainly won’t be our last, regardless of the experience.
Good food, great atmosphere cool music. Food and drinks were served quickly by attentive but not over friendly staff. At wide selection of American/Italian style food including pasta, pizza and burgers, but salads are also available. The kids menu is especially good with a small or larger option for a reasonable price. Overall however, I felt that the adult menu is a little pricey for portion size.
The restaurant offers delicious traditional American dishes with attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere.
