We tried Frank 's for the first time, and our experience was okay. The menu is pretty varied which will probably make us give it another try, but based on this visit, I 'm currently going with ok . We ordered a burger on the house-made focaccia, and the funghi funghi pizza. The flavor was good for both items, but I felt like my pizza was overpriced for the toppings. The Margherita pizza is $11 which includes mozzarella, sauce and basil. The mushroom pizza doesn 't have basil, and instead has two kinds of mushrooms per the menu. Great place in East Monroe. We like Frank’s restaurants in Shreveport and now Monroe. You get a lot of food for the money. We were there at 11:30 on a Friday and we’re seated right away. No rush on anyone’s part, so we were very comfortable. Three different dishes ordered and immensely enjoyed. There Illy coffee is really great. We were very happy that we got to go here and try out this place. I wonder why it’s not rated in the top five places to eat there. It should be.
Soft Opening dinner Upscale Italian in a trendy, low key setting. There's not another Italian restaurant like it in town. Food was outstanding; Red White pizzas, Salads, Apps, several entrees. Daily off menu specials were Ribeye Bronzed Scallops. Extensive desserts, but we didn't get to those... Excellent meal!
Took forever to get our pizza, but it was good once we did. I got the Fungus Amongus, and it was delicious. Service is lacking, but it could’ve just been we went on a very busy night. Definitely a dinner place, would take too long for a quick lunch. Cool atmosphere though and they have live music!

We ordered the Desperate Housewife pizza, and it was fantastic. The service was quick, and the happy hour until 7:00 PM is a great deal. We've visited Frank's several times, and I highly recommend it.
Our experience was perfect! The menu selections are vast and the wine list like no other in Monroe. Everyone get out and support this restaurant!!! You won't be disappointed!!!
From the wine aerator to the flourless chocolate cake and all pizza and salad in between our meal was fabulous!
