I called the restaurant to explain the situation, but they dismissed my concerns and said, “Oh, we’ll refund you next time; just let us know.” I took the cup back to the restaurant to show them the soup. The staff member cringed when he smelled it too, but instead of addressing my concern, he started yelling at me as if I were the problem. If you own a food service establishment and someone brings a serious issue like this to your attention, you should be alarmed, not defensive. It was clear that something had gone horribly wrong with my soup.
Honestly, I wish there were a better way to hold the entire staff accountable instead of just writing this review, but it seems that’s not the case....
I know everyone tries to cut corners once in a while, but I'm truly getting tired of ordering a pizza with toppings, only to find out that they used a pizza that was already baked and sitting there, (maybe someone didn't pick up an order? and just added the toppings to it or added one or two of the additional 3 toppings we asked for, because one of the toppings was already baked on the pizza. So they just throw the other ones on top and re-bake. (Like no one's going to notice. I don't know about you buy when I order a pizza, I want it baked from scratch so it's nice and fresh. The outer crust on this was harder than a rock. Inedible. This is the third time, in the last year they've done this...
The food was excellent. We ordered a meatball parmesan, and my mother said it was the best meatball she's had in ages. My roast beef sandwich was also very tasty, and my son loved his slice of pepperoni. However, there was a mix-up with our order; the guy who took our order forgot that we had ordered food and asked my mother if she needed help again, only to realize later that our sandwiches were ready. Fortunately, the girl who served us was very pleasant. My son tried to say hi, but the guy didn't really engage with him or acknowledge that I had a child with me. Here's a quick stop on the way to Lunar Faire. The service was excellent, the place was spotless, and the staff was very friendly. I recommend trying the California cheesesteak with a salad, tomatoes, and French fries. I can honestly say I wished I had ordered another one because it was absolutely delicious. If you’re in the area, make sure to take some time to stop by!

This is the best pizzeria! My wife and I occasionally drive the 20 minutes it takes to get here just for their amazing pizza. The food is always fresh, the staff is friendly, and the service is usually quick. Highly recommended!
The staff at the front, including the girl and the men working there, are incredibly friendly. Their pizza is a must-try, and the dinners are fantastic. I highly recommend this place—10/10!
We always order our pizzas from this place, but something has changed. The crust tonight was tough, unlike the well-prepared crust we usually enjoy.
Pizza is always amazing from the Sicilian pie to specialty slices, calazon and chicken parm all great...never eat in but service is great too
