The food was good but……. Service was awful, ordered wine and it was basically dumped at the bottom of our table not even the top taken off ! Pizza was good also the burger, was a chore for the waitress to get us any sauces. When we had finished we were asked can I take your plates, No can I offer you a dessert, coffee nothing. After 20 mins we got up and had to ask for our bill at the main desk, again a chore for the member of staff to have to get our bill.what a shame as it could be a very high rating place to eat.
We eat her regularly as we stay at the Doubletree to avoid too early a start. This visit was not good, chicken was just cooked but looked unpleasant. No one asked why it was left. There is one server who asks for the tip in cash, this time he told us tips could not be added to the room charge. Which was odd since I have for many years and did so in my the bar earlier on. Hopefully, this is a glitch and things will improve before our next visit.
We had an early dinner before catching a very early morning flight while staying at the hotel. The restaurant was quite quiet, so there wasn't much atmosphere, but the service was excellent and the food was delicious. The prices were very reasonable and not inflated like the food options inside the airport, which are extremely pricey. We will definitely return next time we stay at the hotel.
Great start to out holiday. I had Fratellis pasta and partner had the vegetarian pasta option. The food was great, lots of it and tasted really good and very reasonable prices. The service was friendly but we did feel abandoned for a long time in a nearly empty place. Each transition was at least 20 mins and after the second wait we resorted to calling people over.

Basic!! Ordered a Carbornara. Received a large plate of dry tagaitelle with a big lump of chopped up bacon on the side. No garlic, no cream, no Parmesan, no taste! Offered Parmesan cheese and given a teaspoon of grated Parmesan in a ramekin. Really disappointed. Did inform staff but they didn’t really seem bothered. Won’t be back.
We were initially skeptical about dining at an airport restaurant, but were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The restaurant was very pleasant, the food was good, the waitress was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. We highly recommend it.
I ate at this restaurant last night before my flight today. We were given a free glass of Prosecco for our anniversary, which was a nice touch. The food was tasty and the service was top-notch. The prices were reasonable.
Food was lovely arrived quickly and was very nice and tasty. We are staying overnight at the Hilton and booked for an early evening meal. My partner had arrabiata and I had the labbra rosse pizza. Delicious.

The food here is really good and they are very accommodating to allergens (specifically gluten free and nut free food). The staff are very friendly too! They do have a smaller menu then they used to though
