Plötzlich wird mehr Geld abgebucht, weil Ich angeblich eine TV Dienst für 18 und einen Internetsecurity gebucht habe was nicht stimmt. Sowie mir gesagt wurde der vertrag sei für online Gaming geeignet Pustekuchen. Freenet stellt keine offene IP Bei O2 direkt geht es. Aussage Freenet: gehen sie in den Shop und lassen den Vertrag wegen Falschberatung Stornieren. Der Shop weigert sich. Ebenso werden rückrufversprechen zur klärung nicht eingehalten. BETRÜGER.
