Terrible experience this is the 3rd time, we thought to give another try but it was still very disappointing. We went through the drive thru the female employee that took our order was super rude she cut me off several times, then rushed me through my order so much I didn't get to finish my order. When I pulled up to the window the male employee told me to have sympathy for the female that took our order cause it was her first day working the drive thru that he heard how she was talking to us while taking our order, but he never jumped in to ask if we were finished ordering. On several occasions I’ve been denied my order due to stocking issues, which I understand. I mention it because it’s happened over several months and various visits. The ice cream is liquid when given to me, and orders have been incorrect many time. The drive thru might be the worst of it. Perhaps staffing issues makes it so, but with one vehicle in front of me, I’ll sit at the mic for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer. Overall, the food is good if it’s made right. I’d recommend strongly going to another location instead of wasting your time here for mediocre food and service.
I give this place 3 chances and for some darn reason they always super slow or super rude. I keep taking leap of faith thinking they changed and become better. Literally for an once cream custard with me being the only one on the drive through it has takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Other times wait on the drive through has been 30 minutes. Do not drive here if you are pressed with time and need to get going. Otherwise custard is decent and decent priced. Good luck out there!
Great burger and chili cheese fries!! 3 years ago!! Went in 08/14/22 and this place has gone down hill. My wife and daughter have celiac disease and really enjoyed their lettuces wrapped burgers. Our order had a bottom bun on the lettuces wrap. The rest of the order was a complete disaster. Never again. This place is untrustworthy in my family's safety.

The fries were old and cold, but at least they remembered them this time. The burger had to much pepper on it, couldn't find the cheese and the mustard was way to much on it. They did not mark the drink lids, so had to do a taste test to see what was what They used to be the best burger place closest to our home, but I am changing my mind about that
Food good as always. I was the first customer and Freddy's was really dirty. The drink area had a lot of dried Coke all over. I couldn't even put my cup down. When I complained, they barely looked up. It took a while before an employee started cleaning. He cleaning the drink area and one table. The cook was the only helpful employee.
We waited about 35 minutes In the drive thru for a chocolate malt and a hot Bud Sunday… The chocolate Sunday was melted, Had no cherry, comma no whip cream, and very little chocolate fudge and so was the chocolate malt.. The people were very friendly, though
The quality of the tenders is terrible and I AM NOT HAPPY! They used to be thicker tasted way better, they are thinner, and now have less chicken. Waste of money. This company doing everybody wrong by changing the quality/recipe.

Try the online service today about 5 minutes away from them got there it was cold and there was not too full patties. But still not bad. Just like to get what I pay for.
