Wonderful first impression! I don’t frequent burger joints, so I wasn’t planning on getting anything. My boyfriend got the jalapeño pepperjack burger meal with chili fries, and the Reese’s shake. After trying everything he got, I went back and got the same sandwich meal for myself. The drive through was fast and efficient. The workers were friendly and patient. The food was absolutely delicious, served hot and fresh. The toppings on our California burgers were cool and crunchy, which added to the experience. Upgrading to onion rings was definitely worth it—they were fantastic! We were too full after our burgers to sample the custard, but we’ll surely return to give that a try. It was extremely busy during our visit, which did lead to a longer wait for our order. The trash cans were overflowing, and it seemed the staff was too busy to address them until after the dinner rush. However, once things calmed down, they promptly teamed up to clean everything up and take care of the mess.

Went one Thursday early evening. The place had a good clean feel to it , very inviting open floor plan similar to the old fashioned malt shop. They had a vast menu and service was friendly and quick. We had cheese burgers and fries ,buddy had a patty melt and we all had malts. Food was hot and tasty in fact ordered a burger to go to take home for my son. Prices were reasonable . I'd recommend this place and gave it 5 stars for my experience today. I'll be back.

When the food arrived, my fries were overly salty, and the burger was quite greasy. I also sampled my partner’s onion rings, which were hard, not fresh, and greasy as well. I was expecting the milkshake to be a highlight, but it didn't meet my expectations either. To top it off, the bathroom was in an unsanitary condition. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The mini size sundae’s and concretes are perfect for someone who is craving a sweet treat but doesn’t want a whole lot! I got a cookie dough brownie concrete, my husband got a vanilla sundae with banana, strawberry chocolate. Both were very good! Slightly overpriced for the size but that’s to be expected these days.

Not too shabby. I went through the drive-thru, and the service was quick. The burger was... decent. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't extraordinary either. Quite average, which is actually a good thing for a fast food place. Even though it's conveniently located right next to Costco, I've never seen it overly busy.

Solid burgers! I’d like to think that Freddy’s is the Midwest’s alternative to In-N-Out burger. I definitely like them more than Culver’s butter burger as they don’t seem as greasy. The shoestring fries are also a good mixup to traditional fries you always get at fast food joints.

This is our favorite go-to burger and fries. The fries remind me of my younger days when my dad used to cut them thin and cooked crispy. The best fries ever, along with a great burger. I highly recommend this place, and now they have a rewards program even better. Book a table now

Steak burgers are pretty good, if that's what you're in to. The skinny little fries aren't my favorite, but they were hot and fresh. Food came out quickly and the staff was polite.
