I ordered a plain cheeseburger with nothing else on it, but unfortunately, it came with pickles, onions, and mustard. I didn't check it beforehand, so that was my mistake. Thankfully, my son took it in stride and just enjoyed the fries, so it wasn't a total loss. I learned the importance of double-checking my order! However, the corporate office reached out to me and generously sent two free combo meal coupons, which I really appreciated as excellent customer service. Mistakes can happen, but we were very satisfied with our next order!
I ordered a single meal and after 20 minutes, I still hadn't received my food, and it seemed nowhere near being ready. I requested a refund, but there was no apology or acknowledgment—just the cash handed back to me. The staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other and their friends rather than actually preparing food. Service: 1/5
I absolutely love our local Freddy's! The staff is consistently friendly, our orders are always accurate, and the food tastes great every time. You can see that they keep the dining and kitchen areas clean, which is a big plus. Plus, their rewards program is fantastic, so we usually eat here 2-3 times a week!
I visited the restaurant with my daughter and her husband. While her grilled chicken sandwich was likely cooked to the right temperature, it was tough and chewy, which made it a bit underwhelming. Everything else was satisfactory, though. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 3 out of 5.

"Steak and Shake is fantastic! Freddy's is ready to take the city by storm! They offer fresh, hot burgers, crispy fries, and delicious cheese curds. Unfortunately, we don't have Freddy's here in Michigan, and it's making me crave it even more. The prices are great, and the staff is friendly!"
It was great! They have the best shakes and malts! I had a chocolate malt with hot fudge that was delicious. I keep returning to Freddie just for that. The burgers are pretty good as well!
The burger was delicious, and while the fries were tasty, they could have been warmer. The PBC burger was particularly flavorful and slightly melted. Overall, everything was great!
The driver got lost, which was frustrating. When the food arrived, the hamburger and fries were cold, and the milkshake had melted into a liquid. I was very disappointed.
