I will not be returning to Freshii after my latest experience. This was the second time I received bad broccoli, and the cucumber was also unappetizing. The service was slow, and the staff member had an attitude when I asked for a substitution for the missing edamame. It was disappointing to receive subpar vegetables from a place that specializes in fresh ingredients. Additionally, I observed the staff member handling money with gloves on and then making food with the same gloves. For the price, I expected better quality and hygiene practices. I will be exploring other dining options in the plaza in the future.
Service: not polite. Asked multiple times if I needed help, even when I told them to give me a moment as I look for my previous order.They made the food to quickly for it to be fresh.Food: it's not buddha satay sauce that was used. It was spicy and resembled more teriyaki or curry. TThen I found a carrot that looked like it was half bitten and was not even shredded. The carrots did not taste like it was cooked.At least the chicken was cooked right.This will be my final visit to this location, despite being close to home.I hope it gets better.
I ordered two different types of salads and they gave me some strange version of salad that doesn’t even remotely resemble what the salads I ordered are. Just threw random ingredients into two bowls.I used to go here all the time. Maybe the management has changed or something weird is happening. You can’t charge people this much for salad and expect them to come back if you can’t even serve what they requested.
This location seems to be very understaffed. And the two staff that were working were very very slow. They seemed to be in no rush at all to get the orders done. It took very long to get our food, and this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. It was very frustrating to watch the staff wall around leisurely while we were waiting for our food.

Dreadful service. Unable to answer a simple question over the phone regarding Keto options, specifically regarding a particular salad. Neither staff member had any idea what they were being asked.
I gave this restaurant 4 stars because although they have recently reduced portion sizes, the quality is still good. I would especially recommend trying the smokehouse bowl, as it is very tasty.

The staff are friendly and fast. I substituted the base with quinoa, and I was charged an extra dollar. My location downtown doesn't charge.
