Very disappointed with the quality of food. Old dried up pieces of fish, dried out rice, and unappetizing presentation.Pieces of bone in almost every slice of sashimi. I highly recommend that you go elsewhere for quality sushi for half the price.To the owner: if you see the heading of my review it states “delivery”. But you are correct, we never dined at your restaurant. There is no need to call you to start an argument. I see from your defensive reply that all other 1 star reviews mentioning your subpar customer service have been vindicated.Please work on your the quality of ingredients but most importantly, customer service. You may then see an improvement in your business.
Since being diagnosed with Celiac, it has been extremely difficult finding places that are understanding of cross contamination during preparation.Umami Sushi is phenomenal at accommodating and knowing exactly what ingredients to substitute out of any dish.When ordering online you can easily state if you have any allergies/dietary restrictions and feel at ease.My dietary restrictions were met on a level like no other. I couldn’t have been any happier with the service, fresh products, and the accommodating atmosphere.Looking forward to ordering many more dishes off the menu!
For a $25 poke bowl it was the most mediocre one with little salmon, questionable pineapple and fridge cold rice. Also, we ordered work lunch. Nothing was marked and all the Maki and sushi were assembled in one party tray. We are close at work of course. But not that close ?. Overpriced and would not
Seeing lots of reviews here that say the owner is rude and unprofessional. Can confirm and will be avoiding this place at all costs. This place would have better reviews if he has someone else speaking with guests.

Not bad, but also not very good. Rolls were ok, but found a couple pieces of hair in them. Miso soup was very bland. The price is pretty good, but you sort of get what you pay for.
I ordered takeout a couple days ago and was sick the whole night after eating their food. I should have known because the food didn't taste fresh.
My family and I had dinner there over the weekend and we all got food poisoning. We will never go back there again.
