We have visited this restaurant as a family several times. The food has always been consistently good, but it is on the pricier side. For example, two appetizers and an ice cream sundae cost us $50. Unfortunately, the staff seemed a bit inattentive and unengaging from the moment we walked in. The ice cream sundae, meant for a small family, consisted of a small scoop of ice cream and a small dollop of whipped cream. We also did not receive the appetizers we ordered, and by the time we realized they weren't coming, we decided to order something else as the portion sizes seemed to have decreased significantly. The restaurant served hot and fresh food, and our server kept our glasses filled with water. The portions were very large, almost making us feel sick. We didn't have to wait for a table, and I accidentally left my wallet at the table. The staff found it and kept it behind the counter for me until I could retrieve it. The restaurant's name truly reflects their friendly service. Unfortunately, there were no pictures of the food because we had already devoured it, but overall, it was a great place for delicious food, generous portions, and excellent service.
We came here for dessert. Friendly's used to be around my home town many years ago so we came here as a blast from our past. The prices have gone up and the sundaes have become smaller....but who doesn't love a Friendly's Resee Pieces Sundae. It's the best. And even though smaller, it still tasted just liked I remember from my childhood. I feel like this place is short staffed. The woman who was our server seemed like she was serving way too many tables than what should be fair to her. She was kind and we were not in a rush so it worked OK for us.
Despite their name, the staff were not friendly. I understand the 18% gratuity for large groups, but if the hostess knows that a group wants to sit together and deliberately seats them far away from each other, and then acts unfriendly, the rest of the visit is unacceptable to me. I will not be returning to this place. The food was average, nothing extraordinary. The only highlight was the dessert, for which they are known. The children really enjoyed it! The dessert alone is the reason for the two-star rating.

We came in a Sunday morning for breakfast. It was busy. We waited about 30 minutes for a table. We reviewed the menu while we were waiting. We ordered food when at the same time as giving drink order.Food still took about an hour to come out. The service was great. Our server was Toniann. The food was delicious. If you're not in a hurry this is a great place to stop for breakfast, lunch, dinner or ice cream.
we were not with a friend in a long voice, but this looked so new and inviting and it was! debbie, our server was very attentive, the tables were deleted from dressing as soon as we were finished with them, eating was fresh and came out how the menu photos look! the interieur is beautiful and clean and it was a pleasant experience that was naturally decorated with a sunshade!
The pot roast Was Incredible with potatoes and gravy and mixed steamed veggies. Substitutes were available. We went back the next meal and repeated same meal with ice cream for dessert. Yes, inflation has hit everyone but you got your money worth. Good food is satisfying and you don't mind the price. It was vacation for goodness sake!
This place was a good place to have breakfast. The waitress was very courteous and prompt with our orders. The food was good and well worth the prices. Family enjoyed it. Would visit again!

Great food and lots of tables since the dining room is huge. All the good food you would expect. Right on the main blvd which is super convenient.
