This was our first time dining here, and although the restaurant was quite busy, we were seated promptly and received excellent service! We came in for lunch, and I ordered the Gyro with fries. It was decent—slightly dry and a bit under-seasoned, but acceptable for an American diner. My husband had the pork tenderloin, German fries, and a biscuit with a small side of gravy. The tenderloin and biscuit were outstanding. However, I was surprised to find that the gravy was just a plain white gravy and rather bland. They serve GRITS these folks know what they're doing....Heaven on earth !!!!! Everything I mean everything is delicious. I came on an earlier visit with a group and had grilled pork chops. It was seasoned burnt just right like home. I ate it really slow just to enjoy the flavors dancing across my tastebuds. I almost ask to have them rearm it. Something else that was awesome. Large groups were seated right away served in timely manner even though their order was placed ahead of me. My food came out piping hot. The staff is on point operating like a fine tuned machine. I ll be back again just to make sure I didn't like this experience . I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars. The grits...
When we arrived, there were around ten tables ahead of us waiting to be seated. However, even with the wait, we spent less than an hour and a half from arrival to finish. Our waitress was attentive and quick, providing refills promptly, and our food arrived within 15 minutes despite the restaurant being crowded.
I will definitely be returning to this spot and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lunch or breakfast place in the area. The only downside is the parking, but it's understandable once you've experienced the restaurant.
I've visited this restaurant several times, and the food is consistently outstanding. The prices are quite reasonable, the portions are generous, and the service is fantastic. The dishes have that comforting, home-cooked quality that’s difficult to achieve and is truly appreciated when done well. Friendship Dinner really knows how to get it right.

Tastes like I made it at home. Always hot and cooked to order. The sweet gals in there work hard. They’re constantly running in circles. Love that they keep our coffee topped off and are some of the nicest waitresses in town. This is our favorite breakfast place around. And very VERY reasonable.. under $10 for breakfast and coffee.
Overall, it was a lovely experience. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were clean. I understand why this place is so popular. I didn’t find any issues with the taste or presentation of the food. My coffee cup was refilled promptly.
My favorite spot for breakfast! The Belgian waffles are incredible! My husband really enjoyed the chicken breakfast. We adore the atmosphere—it truly feels like a cherished memory with friends!
This is one of the best spots for delicious comfort food, perfect for breakfast and lunch. The owners are wonderful, the prices are great, the staff is friendly, and the place is immaculate!
