TL;DR: This is a great little find, where the finger is constantly on the pulse. With that extra credit being well utilised, that makes it all the more difficult to pigeon hole and as a result gives it more fuel in being given a recommendation. Freshness goes all around, not just in the produce but also in the atmosphere and the service. More and more I am finding, if it rests adjacent to suburban housing it seems more worth the while to be given a go. Fuel co is the best example of that going around. <br/ <br/ Putting aside some of the old by knowing what still works after all these years, the designers with Fuel Co then fit in a more modern and relaxed environment into a substantially size...

I came across this café by chance after trying and failing to find a place for coffee on my way to the airport during the festive season. It was crowded but the staff was friendly. We tried the famous hotcake, cornbread parmesan waffle, and haloumi rye bagel. The hotcake was warm and delicious with whole macadamia nuts, definitely worth a try. The poached eggs that came with the waffle were perfectly done, and the bagel was decent as well. I would recommend this café if you're looking for a quick bite before heading to the airport.
The food here was outstanding and I found rather health conscious. I was very impressed with how quickly our food and drinks came out unlike many other places. I had the smoked trout with hollandaise and enjoyed it thoroughly. The feta and potato cakes were crispy and full of flavour. The saltiness of the trout was balanced with the hollandaise sauce as well as the greens. The staff were very efficient in taking orders, providing water and even cleaning up the tables. Definitely worth revisiting!
Located in a quieter area of Nundah, this café is certainly thriving. I visited on a Sunday morning and was pleased to find a table for my breakfast. I ordered a flat white and banana bread and was impressed with the presentation and quality of both. The coffee, while I didn't inquire about the specific blend, was strong and smooth. The addition of kiwi and strawberry with the banana bread showcased the café's commitment to high standards. Book a table now
I would definitely recommend this place to others, the decor both inside and outside is quite lovely and the outdoor seating is quite refreshing. The smoothie, coffee and tea were lovely also. The food itself was delicious as well, though I would only suggest that for the Benedict that the bread be softer. And the staff were friendly, 5/5 and would definitely come back .
The restaurant has a large menu and a charming atmosphere with plenty of seating. The host was very accommodating and even though poached eggs on toast were not listed on the menu, they were able to fulfill my order. The coffee was also excellent.
Thank you, Fuel and Co. Nundah! I had such a lovely start to the day with breakfast here this morning. The food was great, the coffee was great and the staff were just the best! Definitely coming back very soon :
Another gem on the northside. Great atmosphere which is perfect for catch ups. The few dishes I've tried haven't disappointed, which are generously big servings that don't lack on quality! Book a table now
Awesome bacon egg roll with coffee for twelve dollars, quick friendly service. The only negative is the website is only Facebook. I found this a limitation to find out the menu options.
