This sushi restaurant is quite impressive. I tried the tuna martini appetizer, which comes served in a martini glass—although it's not a drink at all. It’s more like a tuna poke and has a generous amount of tuna, which was pretty tasty. However, I think the avocado could be better incorporated without being mashed into the mix; that would elevate the dish. I also had the September Roll, which was excellent. The final layer of the roll is a thin slice of escolar, a wonderfully flavorful sashimi fish. I highly recommend trying this roll!
