I was really taken aback by the rudeness of the woman at the register during my visit to Full Moon BBQ, a place I've been patronizing since 1990. As a senior, I didn’t expect to be treated so disrespectfully. When I spoke to her politely, she abruptly snapped at me and turned her back, making me feel insignificant. It was particularly disappointing because she was laughing and flirting with two young men who were ahead of me, so I know it wasn’t a bad day for her. I believe she was the manager, which makes it even more concerning. I’m genuinely let down by the owners, the brothers behind Full Moon BBQ, for hiring someone who treats long-time customers like me with such disrespect. Shame on b...

Ronda I believe was the lady who fixed my order. My boyfriend is so picky, he asked for dark meat but mistakenly was given white meat. We live in Hoover so I didn’t realize until he opened it up after we already got home. I called full moon to tell them the manger was more than amazing. We went back later before they closed to grab the plate they corrected for us. My boyfriend said the food was amazing and so was the service! Definitely wanted to come on here and recognize the manager and how amazing she was!

Maybe we caught them on a bad night, but I would not recommend eating here. I had brisket, butter beans and mac-n-cheese. The best part of the meal was the Mac-n-cheese. The meat came smothered in bbq sauce, the brisket was tough, and the butter beans were mush. We also had ribs, chicken, fried green tomatoes and deviled eggs. The meat also came smothered in sauce and the deviled eggs taste old. This meat was not worth $50.

Ms. Rhonda and the staff were a blessing tonight. They got us in and out right at closing and the food was terrific. I recommend stopping to see them if you are in the area. Book a table now

Jim 12, ‘24 4:30pm. Ordered pork plate it wasn’t even warm! Sides were ok but not keeping pork warm is a health risk.

They are charging for water. That is embarrassing for them considering their food is also very bad.
