We had their Thanksgiving buffet. The reason for my not so steller scoring, and the reason why it's not higher is because although the food was great, I didn't feel it was worth the 40.00 plate fee. It was just an average spread. Pretty much the staples of what a basic Thanksgiving meal should have. The drink prices were outrageous. The decorations were beautiful, but the tables were placed so close together that there was barely room to move around. Especially since it was buffet style and the line ran through where people were sitting. Had I known that, I would have requested to be seated in the other room they had there. The Inn is a beautiful setting. Ambiance is lovely Food needs improvement. Overcooked burger with scarce toppings, tough chicken. A bit pricey on the wine. Too small a room for good acoustics. Got pretty loud and couldn’t hear each other and we were seated in the back of the room. Server was alone so long lags between visits. No fault of hers.
The Inn looked beautiful with decorated trees on the porch. The inside just as good. The dinner had a wine paired with each course. Each course was better than the next. The main entree was Beef Wellington and it was tender and very flavorable. The entire evening was one to remember.
Fabulous restaurant in this charming inn. We’ve had dinner there twice. As of last June, they have a wonderful new chef who really knows what he’s doing. On Saturday evenings, an extremely talented pianist. We will be back!

Will have my Thanksgiving there again!!! The food was hot and amazing,with plenty of it. The service was so friendly and nice. We were made to feel welcome . It was a wonderful experience.
The ambiance and light music was lovely. Service was gracious and prompt. The food delicious and presented attractively. I would definitely highly recommend.
The mussels and shrimp cocktail were great. We had salmon and chicken piccata which were both excellent. Yhe martinis and dessert were perfect
The Thanksgiving Buffet was excellent. Chef AJ even took into consideration my allergy. That is very thoughtful and welcoming.
