if you are looking to eat vegan dishes, with different flavors and at very good price, a gaia stop is indispensable. the menu has a wide variety of dishes, with incoming, first and second dish and dessert, all delicious. the only thing, it's important to be in time, because during covid they do allow to make reservations by phone, but before they didn't and you had to go there before to book for the same day in person. is located in flat center of burgos and the waitress cater quickly, they help you with any consultation on the dishes. super advisable!

I said I was going back to this place, friendly and attentive staff, especially the issue of intolerance. They take out the dishes quickly and the atmosphere is very good, because even if it is in the center, it is in a small street full of people.
