Went in to get my usual a spinach and feta roll. Asked for it warmed up as it’s literally sleet outside and freezing. And the incredibly rude French(? server said she couldn’t bc of health and safety. I explained that they always warm it for me and she insisted, some equally rude English man joining in saying it’s never been that way. No compassion or apology for the previous difference not complying etc just rude. Then she proceeded to hold my food that I’d paid for not handing it to me continuing to try to argue.
