HanauSteinheim is a charming old village that seems largely untouched by And this restaurant looks and feels German. The XMas decorations are tasteful yet intricate with hand crafted mobile that take you back in time. The husband cooks and the wife takes care...of the customers. I felt I was visiting my long lost uncle. The food was superb wjust the right amount of spices and the service was fast and wlots of smiles although the place was full. The price was better than correct and the beer on tap made me wish I lived in Germany
the kitchen offers quality from the very best. it is laid worth on German and Mediterranean cuisine. the drinks are always properly cooled and for the children there are even small portions (i.e. not only 1 child carving, but from all menues 1/2 portion. we were always on special occasions, such as star, christmas or birthdays to eat there.
on the second Christmas holiday, we would have come to eat with 6 adults and two children for lunch in this beautiful local. by previous reservation was available to us a table. all were inspired by the kitchen. especially the homemade cream sauce was a dream. many thanks again. we like to come back.
I have been to gambrinus several times in the last 4 years and never disappointed. eating is great and the staff is always polite and friendly. they have a very nice menu and the specials are always worth a try. I am not sure why this place is not higher in the rankings of restaurants in hanau.

we were with a larger group too gassed in restaurant gambrinus and can only report positive!Flotte and very friendly service, which was eating came quickly, good portions, suitable price/performance ratio and tastefully very delicious! We were all very satisfied!
we were eating here in the frame of the Ostalgie weeks, we had a cauliflower and a bark roach. the bark was a little dry, the cauliflower was a little fad. overall it was okay. the services were very friendly and everything was served in a reasonable time.

the restaurant is very beautiful, full of very special wooden barrels, the atmosphere is very quiet and warm, the eating is delicious and the beer is pointed.
Service was kinda slow but food was great. Had the homemade meatloaf and cream of asparagus soup
