Visiting a friend here in Scranton, I'm from NY. This is without a doubt the worse Chinese food I have ever had in my life!! They give you what they want, if you order white rice, expect to get yellow rice, non chewable flavorless boneless ribs, noneatable wings, just the worst!!. Stale, flavorless, disgusting mess!!. If my friend keeps eating here and gets sick, expect tobe sued!!
My only disappointment was with the fried dumplings. They were decent, but they lacked the bold flavor I was hoping for; they were just average and a bit too oily for my liking. Overall, this place is a fantastic choice for noodle dishes. I'm definitely planning to come back, whether it’s for another serving of lo mein or to explore more of their menu!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE I am currently in the hospital after a major surgery and ordered Chinese food and sent my fiancé down to get it and the driver was so impatient decided to drive away and ignore calls and same with the store. Even afterSPENDING OUR MONEY for it to be delivered they DID NOT FUFILL. Don’t get from this stupid place
This is a fantastic restaurant! They forgot my soda, but other than that, the food and service were excellent. They even gave me some extra food. The portion sizes are huge, and I was able to enjoy the meals for a few days alongside my sister. Book a table now

This is the best food in town! The delivery is always on time, and the hostess is fantastic. The prices are reasonable too. I've tried other places, but now I only order from the best—Chen Garden!
Be careful I ordered a compow chicken for delivery and got a plate that looked like a bunch of leftovers it was nasty and it wasn’t compow chicken, but the spareribs were awesome!!!!! Book a table now
