Restaurant with an excellent offer, where you can also buy wine to take home or to drink in the restaurant with an adjusted price given tax and service. Speaking of service, I think the attention to the customer is exaggerated, too theatrical, this is a point that should be thought about. Another less positive point is the preparation of the food, from my 3 experiences in the restaurant it seems to me that the training is a bit self-taught! For the upper level of the wine cellar, glasses, plates and utensils, the preparation of food is the point that is most neglected and should receive the most attention. Most of the time, simple and good is preferable to an attempt to serve differently but...
