I’m going to give this a 5-Star because the owner and the young waitress are very nice people; I never have any problems with nobody in this business during the week. Yet, today…the older woman, who looks old enough to be a grandmother…have truly insulted me and offended me by her ACTIONS. She acted like she didn’t want to take the $10 bill from my hand and then she threw my change back on the counter. I’ve told her to “Check Herself” because that’s not how you conduct business with people, based off the color of their skin. The same way you treat others, you treat my people the same way, too. You never know who’s VERY IMPORTANT when walking into a business establishment. Thank you!!!
Yesterday, I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I decided to go to the bank to pass the time. However, when I arrived back at the restaurant after 30 minutes, I still had to wait an additional 40 minutes. I paid for my order upfront, but other customers who came in after me were getting their food before me. The order system seems disorganized and the phone service was rude. The food was good, but not good enough to make up for the terrible customer service. On my drive home, I realized that the bag was full of grease, which ended up soaking through my car seat. Overall, a disappointing experience.
The bagels and sandwiches are very good. Unfortunately the wait is sometimes not worth it. It’s best if you go in and order and wait there because it seems your food comes out faster that way. Either way expect to wait a minimum of 15 minutes for 2 bagels. Cash only which is of course annoying. They could benefit from a larger stove and one more cook
This people cannot even serve their own community. I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches, the guy that took my order said it will be ready in 10 minutes. 42 minutes later sandwiches are not ready. I waited in the shop for no reason. This was going to be my daughters breakfast. I asked for my money back and left. Not going there again

By far the best bagels I've ever had. I don't know how they do it, but the raisins in the cinnamin raisin bagels are always moist and tasty unlike most bagel shops where that they are dried out and tastless. Once I was short on cash and they let me have what I wanted and didn't charge me. Nice people working there.
I apologize, but it should not take 40 minutes to receive one sandwich. While the sandwich was delicious, the restaurant should implement a more efficient system to reduce wait times.
Best bagels and sandwiches than any other bagel place, hands down. Cash only, so stop at the atm before going. Make sure you call ahead.

This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. The prices were too high and the staff was very rude.
They updated the inside and it’s super cute and welcoming. Bagels are great ! I’m glad they’re still open.
