Service was excellent. Wait staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Ambience very pleasant and comfortable. The food, some magnificent and some I had better elsewhere. The pizza starters one of the best I've ever had. As an entree that hit the spot. Next arrived the main course. TBONE steak was quality. Oozes flavour and aroma that is missing in most high class restaurants and really faultless. (They did get our order wrong. We ordered medium well and medium rare. Awful experience at Gargano and will not be back. Entree of pizza was nice however everything else that followed was disappointing. My ragu sauce was bland, watery and did not taste good. My Mum had the fish which was adequate. My Dad had the steak and asked for it to be medium well, when it came out the steak was raw after his first cut. He told the waiter and they took it back into the kitchen, they returned with the same piece of steak that was cooked and very tough to cut through (it looked like a slab of unappealing charred cardboard - even before recooking). I was amazed that a restaurant would just bring back the same piece of food without recooking something fresh from scratch. Maybe...
Came here for a Kaesler wine tasting evening. Food was amazing. Love the melted cheese wheel that they used to toss pasta through. Warm and inviting place. Great for a date night. Dessert cart is also a fabulous idea.

Came here for dinner last night. Attentive service, cosy, inviting place.
Had entree and main, everything we ate was delicious. The osso bucco was sensational.
Only downside is it's pricey.
The most wonderful atmosphere, delicious food and wine and excellent staff...what can I say, it's superb! Ps do yourself a favour and try the Truffle Pasta when in season x
Really good take out spot. And you can order online! I had the gingerboy vegetable curry and jasmine rice. It was quite good, but it's pricy for what you get.
Fantastic place. Traditional italian food with friendly and attentive service . Nonna makes the past herself makes the pasta by hand. Wine list is extensive.
