Previously we had always ordered in, but this time we decided to go to the restaurant. Food was excellent and even better than when delivered, although the standard is always very high. Best Chinese in town for sure!

tars' soft bowl crab and squid is wonderful. our waiter, kevin, was enthusiastic and the service in general is exemplary. it is for its level, I.e not cheap, but it is worth

we were in brighton for 4 days and enjoyed eating twice in gars. the first time was so good that we had to go back a second. we recommend the cook set menu for 2.
