We are not often present in the angel, but always when we eat there to dinner, we make the same experience: it is simply excellent! Apart from the good cuisine, hospitality is worth mentioning. Each guest is kindly greeted and courteously served. The boss knows how to do it. As mentioned at the outset, the food is fresh and delicious. The ambience is typical old German restaurant but not muffy but refreshed and open. Very nice! We can definitely recommend a visit!
das alte, fast schon historische gasthaus liegt am hügel des tüllinger berges und ist dementsprechend dörflich eingerichtet. die speisekarte ist nicht gross. wer gerne bodenständig isst, ist hier am richtigen ort. die gerichte sind einfach, aber wohlschmeckend gekocht. zu empfehlen sind die diversen rösti-varianten, die man von der pikanten bauernrösti bis hin zur vegetarischen gärtnerinnenrösti wählen kann.
trovata per caso, in un zona praticamente senza traffico, tipica vera locanda tedesca, dove il menù è solo intedesco e parlano solo tedesco. anche la clientela era solo tedesca. ho scelto d'intuito, ma abbiamo mangiato benissimo piatti locali, con birra tedesca naturalmente. speso davvero il giusto. credo che ci siano anche tre camere. da pensare quando tornerò per art basel
For Germany too expensive. Prices are Swiss. The waiting time to eat is far too long over 1.5h to the main course! Even if we were a group, it doesn't take so long. The entrecôte was too dry and tasteless and the supplements were very small. The service staff made me an overwhelming impression with many guests. Book a table now
Top Qualität bei Fleisch, Beilagen und dem Salat. Der Anlass für das Essen war zwar ein trauriger aber das hat keinen Einfluss auf meine Bewertung. Wir waren heute Abend im Gasthaus Engel. Das Cordon Bleu und das Entrecôte waren auf den Punkt und haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Service war ebenfalls sehr gut und sympathisch. Die Preise sind angemessen. Eine klare Empfehlung!
