as part of a first learning the newly renovated village we recently know in the gasthof forellental, which has been known to us for many years as part of the family celebrations. the current stage of development can be evaluated as follows: You can recognize the development of the really beautiful and contemporary environment, but projection cables from sockets do not appear inviting. Prices in the range 16 to 20 € for the main dish should be accompanied with a corresponding quality, nice arrangement alone is not enough. The quantities used are different: probably the one that is not at the end of the servier series. High price soups and high price desserts (2x 2cmx3cm*0.5cm parfait pieces):...
After a long time, I wanted to book a table in the restaurant and tell the junior chief that we were with him 30 years, but the last time 10 years ago was disappointed. The boss asked me what was wrong, and I told him that, in our opinion, vegetables were from the can. When I said that the boss was right against me and said that this could not be at all and if I were to say something about it, it would be better if we were not coming. The boss just set up and I was really shocked about such a behavior. Even if it wasn't a canister, then you can expect a professional behavior from a host. Here you have the impression that it is an insulted child. Really bad!!!!
For everyone the right food. Traditionally natural trout blue or miller. Just in the spring a beautiful place situated in the valley between forests and a private garden to change. Seasonal dishes, small but fine map. Even if the interior doesn't suggest a consistently modern and elegant kitchen...a secret tip.
The restaurant is currently being rebuilt by the new owner Alexander Meyer. I look forward to the opening and the good food. The ambience is simply a dream!
