this is one of my favorite restaurants in itter. the place has been in rosis family for several generations. they and a brother keep the wheels around. there is a quiet dining room, another exclusive room and also the possibility to eat outside when the...weather is beautiful. I like the carving with potatoes and petersilie, while my wife prefers the Cordon ball. if they like traditional eating in a very traditional place, they can enjoy lunch or dinner at rosi’s. only cash payment.
We stayed in Itter for weekend, and asked locals for good restuarants in area - this was one of them. Building it's housed in is from 1630's and tucked away at bottom on a hill but when you walk in you see the history. Locals and tourists alike welcome here, service is typical German/Austrians style but the food was great! Don't get desert as they not worth it, and watch table allocation if smoking bothers you

In unserem winterkurzurlaub waren wir gleich zweimal im Rössel Essen und waren an beiden Abenden sehr zufrieden ! Die Karte ist gut zu lesen und umfangreich mit leckeren Suppen , Vorspeisen, lecken regionellen und auch klassischen Hauptgerichten ! Sehr zu empfehlen !!! Book a table now
Wenn wir in Itter sind, gehen wir hier essen.Das Restaurant ist etwas abgelegen, wird aber von allen Einheimischen empfohlen. Zu Recht!Der Gasthof ist uralt, super gemütlich und das Essen schmeckt super. Preis - Leistung stimmt allemal.Nächstes Jahr wieder!
Frisch gekochte österreichische Speisen. Faires Preis/Leistung-Verhältnis. Geschmacklich gut. Auswahl könnte regionaler sein (im Speziellen beim Fisch) Sehr kurze Wartezeit aufs Essen. Kinderfreundlich. Spiele vorhanden. Neue WC-Anlagen.
Ob beim Skifahren oder wie gestern nach dem Bergwandern, ein Besuch muss dort einfach sein. Mit Knoblauchsuppe und einem sehr leckeren Tiroler Gröstl. Sehr zu empfehlen, sehr sauber und zuvorkommend. Nettes Personal
