Yesterday evening we were on the occasion of our 11th Wedding stags in Weimar in the Gasthausbrauerei Felsenkeller. Natural cuisine with a clear map, but with brewed beer. Plates were abundantly occupied, with the Pommes still needed some time. It is important, it has tasted us both and the way from Gera to Weimar has rewarded itself. After years, it was back and was totally enthusiastic again. Very delicious Thuringian cuisine. Since there were also senior proportions, everyone also had the right portion to not be completely overcrowded. Super nice staff and additional 2 service robots. Very cool.
Very delicious, groundy food. The pork roast was a juicy, delicate dream and the black beer sauce was a mouthwasher. The black beer from our own brewery is highly recommended, we have taken two bottles to enjoy it home after the holiday.
