When I called, they said it would take 25 to 30 minutes, but when I arrived 25 minutes later, they informed me it would be another 10 minutes. I agreed, only to have them come back seven minutes later asking if I wanted to substitute the rice for another side. I declined, but then I saw the cashier and cook having a silent discussion. I've had Georgie's on my list for a while and finally got the chance to visit with my sister. Since the food is made to order, it takes a few minutes to arrive. We went around lunchtime, so it was a bit busy, especially with phone and online orders coming in. My sister ordered the Beef Shawarma plate for $15.99, which came with a side of Baba Ghanouj and Potato Salad. I chose the Kefta Kabab for $14.99, accompanied by a Mediterranean Salad and Grape Leaves. Both meals included fluffy rice and Garlic Sauce. We decided to try out a Mediterranean restaurant we came across. My husband ordered the lamb kabob platter while I chose the chicken kabob. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed as both the lamb and chicken were tough and difficult to chew. We've enjoyed several Mediterranean restaurants in Glendora, and this one certainly didn't measure up to the others. Additionally, the smell of cigarettes was quite unpleasant—likely from someone smoking near the back door, as it seemed to seep into the dining area through the air conditioning. This restaurant had the potential to be great, but it fell short.
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, thanks to our amazing server who helped us choose our meals since it was our first visit. The food was delicious, and we truly enjoyed everything! This has quickly become our favorite spot. We will definitely be returning, especially for the chicken and beef shawarma, which is the best we’ve had!

Even though there might be a wait, it's absolutely worth it! I've tried Mediterranean cuisine everywhere, and this is definitely the best. Everything is incredibly fresh! The rice is the best you'll ever taste, and the garlic sauce is to die for. I'm very particular about my food, and this restaurant has become my top choice.
This is by far the best Mediterranean restaurant in the area. Their garlic sauce is exceptional! The chicken is flavorful, and the rice and pita bread are anything but bland, unlike many other Mediterranean places. Everyone I've brought here has loved it as well! A must-try!
I tried the lamb plate, and while it was tender, it was slightly overcooked for my liking. However, it was still very flavorful. The hummus was excellent, definitely one of the best I've ever had. The portion size was worth the price. I will definitely return!
