I visited this restaurant to sample their dishes. The soup was decent, but it lacked the flavor found in other pho places I've tried. They also forgot to provide lettuce for the egg roll. The spring rolls had an overwhelming amount of vegetables, with fewer shrimp and no ground meat, unlike other places. However, the dry noodles with beef and shrimp were truly delicious. I also had the avocado shake, which was fantastic! It’s the best I’ve had in America so far, with just the right balance of sugar, milk, and ice, achieving a perfect consistency. The staff were very friendly, both in person and over the phone. We’ll definitely return to explore more of their menu.
First time ordering from Pho Ha Linh. I placed an order through Door Dash which is super convenient while I'm working. It's not too shabby. I wish there was a little more seasoning to the pork but the noodles and salad is light and refreshing. The fish sauce is also not as sweet as I'm use to but the chili is delicious and has the perfect amount of spice.
NEVER EVER order from this place! THEY claim that I ordered the correct items when in fact I KNOW what I ordered!. The food isn't even good.This restaurant should be ashamed of themselves for packing the WRONG FOOD items and NOT packing the items you ordered and then blaming it on the Doordash people.
I'm new to the neighborhood and have been searching for my go-to pho spot. I ordered a soup—though I can't remember which one—and it was just okay. Unfortunately, it didn't sit well with my stomach. I might give it another chance in the future. Food rating: 1/5.

Do not eat here. Trust the reviews. Food is horrible the sweet lady they mentioned in the comments wasn't so sweet. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
The portion of meat was insufficient, and the quality was quite poor. Additionally, the service was a bit slow, likely due to the high volume of online orders.
Almost $18 for vegetable fried rice? Yea yea, inflation I know... not an excuse to charge so much.
Little hole in the wall, but it’s honestly best pho i have ever had. Broth was delicious.
