Gibsons is my favorite restaurant. Service is always top notch from beginning to end. I ordered lobster bisque. half slab of ribs with fries. The servers are very attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. One of the managers came by at the end of my meal to ask about my experience, snd gave me her business card. There is nothing that they could have done to make this a great experience. Gibsons checks all the boxes for great customer service and good. The music was also very relaxing. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I absolutely adore Gibson's. I have never had a negative experience there, and the food and service are always exceptional. The Chicago Cut steak I had, with peppercorn sauce on the side, was cooked to perfection. The French Fries were also delicious. I am already looking forward to my next visit.
This restaurant may be pricey, but it's definitely worth it! The service is always outstanding. The steaks may be slightly charred, but that's part of their charm. Don't miss the crab cakes, and one can be enough, especially if you want to save room for one of their huge, delicious desserts.
Steak burned, I complained, but waitress brushed it off and said how they sea it. It was black and bitter. And this is the second time in this place. So I'm done with them. For $100, Steak better be perfect every time. My 11-year-old son would cook better. Shame

Our server was fantastic. I was not impressed with my steak. I ordered medium rare but, the way it is prepared, made it more like medium and that was too done for me. The sides were really good, though.
