They served me a pizza that was half-cooked, along with a cold sandwich that should have been hot. The French fries were lukewarm and undercooked. To make matters worse, the woman at the register was rude throughout the entire process, from taking my order to processing my payment.
It's outrageous that they not only provide poor food but also have disgusting customer service. They have the audacity to claim that I left a review for the wrong restaurant. Nice try, Gino’s Pizza in Bloomfield CT—it's time to take responsibility for your terrible food and service!
So I know nothing about the pizza, but the wings were excellent. So tired of places who either overcook, or under cook wings. These were perfect. Buffalo sauce was not a traditional Buffalo, like butter and red hot sauce, but it was terrific. Perhaps a little too hot now that the snot is flowing. But wings pulled right off the bone, not slop or fighting.
The owner and staff at this restaurant are uneducated and rude, lacking proper manners. My experience here was extremely unpleasant, and I felt so uncomfortable that I started to feel unwell within ten minutes of being inside. I genuinely believe this negative atmosphere contributed to my feeling sick and may have even led to food poisoning.
The amount of food and the quality is great for the prices. I order food often from here, and I'm alwaya very happy with the quality and the service. Everything I've tried is good. My coworkers also like the food. I highly recommend Gino's Pizza Ranch House.

Used to be my go to place in the plaza to avoid large chains. New ownership or management they don't know what they're doing. Slices: the crust was so soft and doughy, too much sauce. Gino's off my list!
This place is lowkey fire fr. The food tasted amazing and was inexpensive they had great customer service and the Chili fries was the best I’ve had the Pasta was amazing as well 11/10 would recommend.
Horrible customer service.The guy who answer the phone told my daughter to order somewhere else because she ask for her pizza to be made a special way. If I could give zero stars I would.
Clean place, food was excellent, just moved here so trying out places around.Service was good. You have to order first at the counter pay and then sit.
