After waiting an hour and still no food arrived I called to ask why. The guy was rude and blamed it on short staffed. Said our food still hasn’t gone out and it would probably be another hour before we get it. Asked if they would discount it a little since 2 hours is a long time to wait. He said “here talk to the manager “ and threw the phone down. Manager wasn’t much better and said there was nothing she can do other than 10% off, which we all know is only a few dollars. Ended up just having my husband pick it up on the way home from work. No discount was ever given and the food was cold and burnt. Won’t be ordering at this one again and I hope they learn what customer service is.
I was driving to Tennessee and had a spaghettis craving. Gino's sign says Pizza and Pasta so was looking for a nice plate of bolognaise. This place had two types a standard meaty type and a baked. I got the meaty. It was a bit orange and watery, but OK, and the garlic brad was fine. Meanwhile, happy looking people are getting some good pizza and subs. I guess I ordered the wrong thing. But, based on the spaghetti alone, at about ten bucks, it wasn't worth it. Staff was trying hard but I think was new.
I ordered a pubwiz at this restaurant and it was fresh, but unfortunately no one wanted to try it. The dish only came with bread, mayo, salad, cheese, and a few small pieces of ham. I may go back and try the steak next time, but I'm not sure. If the steak is only 4 ounces like the pubwiz, I might choose to go to the Subway next door instead.
Nitro Gino's never gets the order right. If you order from this Gino's be sure to check your food before leaving. I have ordered from this Gino's multiple times over the years and 9 out of 10 times it ends up being a headache. No more. I would rather have to drive 15 miles to get my food then to go to the Gino's in Nitro

During our trip, we came across this restaurant mentioned on the sign, so we decided to give it a try. Despite hearing mixed reviews, we found the service to be good and the food to be served promptly. However, the pizza we ordered was disappointing and mediocre. We probably wouldn't stop here again.
I live THESE local places. This unit is a personal favorite. The pizza is pretty good and very consistent but the Italian sub is ever so worth it. Reasonable with easy on off to the highway it is a winner. They also are connected to the Tudor biscuits..which is another biggie for another review ?
Excellent 5-star rating. Helpful staff and extremely clean environment. Highly recommended for dining or hosting events.
