We had our wedding at Gips in April. Our wedding ceremony was in the gardens and reception in the James Taylor room. I could not fault anything it was a magical day and everything went seamlessly. The gardens were so well kept and maintained and was the perfect place for wonderful photos, we didn't need to go anywhere else as it provided the perfect backdrop. For our reception we had canapes, a main meal of eye fillet and our wedding cake as dessert. All the food and service was spot on. The food actually exceeded our expectations and we were so grateful that none of our guests were ever left without a drink. to find such a high quality restaurant in toowoomba. the menu is a beautiful selection of ingenious aromas designed by an obviously talented chef. it can have so much to do here. the menu often changes and is worth drinking. while I don't adventurous in what I eat, eating here can get me out of my proverbial comfort zone and reward my taste buds accordingly. 5 stars each time.
